Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Books with signs of use, wear, or tampering

How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Please note: shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us with proof of damage.
